Water Heroes: Ricky Raindrop’s Water-Saving Coaches

Students become water-saving coaches as they investigate how families use water at home. Through hands-on activities, they compare everyday water-use choices and use evidence to recommend simple ways families can conserve water.
Partner-Funded Program
Ricky Raindrop’s Water-Saving Coaches is offered at no cost to eligible schools, funded by the Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) and the Family of Orange County Water Providers.
Funding is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Teachers must submit a grant application to be considered for the program. Submission of an application does not guarantee funding or program availability.
