Young learners become water helpers as they investigate challenges related to water use, water quality, stormwater, and infrastructure. Through hands-on activities, students explore how water professionals protect Orange County’s water and discover ways they can help care for water at home and school.
Partner-Funded Program
Ricky Raindrop’s Water Helpers Training Day is offered at no cost to eligible schools, funded by the Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) and the Family of Orange County Water Providers.
Funding is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Teachers must submit a grant application to be considered for the program. Submission of an application does not guarantee funding or program availability.
